Overview
- Extra credit packs let you top up your credits instantly when you've used your monthly subscription allowance, no plan change required.
- Two types of packs are available:
- Text Generation credits, for LLM-powered features
- Image Generation credits, for AI image creation
- Credits are added to your account immediately after purchase and are usable right away.
Requirements
- An active subscription (Tier 1, 2, or 3) is required to purchase and use extra credit packs.
- If your subscription expires or is cancelled, any remaining extra credits are frozen and cannot be used until you resubscribe. Their expiration date is not extended.
Expiration
- Extra credits expire 6 months after the date of purchase, regardless of usage.
- Unused extra credits are not refundable and are permanently lost upon expiration.
- Each pack you purchase has its own independent expiration date. You can track your remaining credits and expiration dates from your account dashboard.
Consumption Order
- Your subscription credits are always consumed first. Extra credits are only used once your monthly allowance has been fully depleted.
- When multiple extra credit packs are active, the pack with the earliest expiration date is consumed first (first-to-expire, first-out), ensuring that no credits are wasted unnecessarily.
Pricing & Stacking
- Extra credits are priced at a slightly higher rate than subscription credits. If you consistently need more credits, upgrading your subscription tier may offer better value.
- Larger packs offer a lower cost per credit compared to smaller packs.
- You can purchase multiple packs at any time, there is no limit on how many packs you can hold simultaneously.
Good to Know
- Extra credits do not roll over into subscription credits and cannot be converted from one type to another (e.g. text credits cannot be used for image generation).
- Purchases are final. Extra credit packs cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged once purchased.
